1. About Our Service

Mimoria (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates mimoria.io — a service that transforms children's drawings into custom 3D-printed sculptures. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are placed through our configurator and processed via Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes calculated at checkout. Payment is required at the time of order.

Once payment is confirmed, your order enters production. Custom-made items cannot be cancelled after production has started (see our Refund Policy).

3. Production & Delivery

Production typically takes 5–7 business days. Shipping is handled via Sendcloud. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.

4. Intellectual Property

The original drawing remains the intellectual property of the creator (you or your child). By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to use the image solely for manufacturing your order and displaying it in our gallery (if you opt in).

5. Age Requirements

Our service is designed for families. Orders must be placed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our sculptures are decorative items and toys suitable for children aged 3+. We are not liable for misuse. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to recent customers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
